RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2026-29

WHEREAS:

The School Department has identified kitchen equipment as surplus and is no longer needed,

and

WHEREAS:

The School Committee has approved of the disposition at its February 26, 2026 meeting,

and

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the surplus property be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
