No. 2024-103
WHEREAS: The State of Rhode Island’s Master Price Agreement #584, Engineering Services, presents GZA Geoenvironmental Inc. (GZA), of Providence, RI, as a qualified vendor able to provide the required services for use by the City of Newport for services associated with the final design and construction administration of the King Park Seawall reconstruction. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED: That the City of Newport hire GZA, of Providence, RI via RI MPA #584, for a not to exceed cost of $133,200.00, and the Mayor is authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
