RESOLUTION

COUNCIL
No. 2025-149
RESOLVED: That the City of Newport approves a Supplemental Agreement to the existing contract that provides Perrotti Park Professional Services (approved via Resolution 2023-59 and 2024-47) by and between the City of Newport and GZA Geoenvironmental, Inc., of Providence, RI, in an amount of $644,215.00 including $60,000.00 contingency to be held in reserve by the City for a not to exceed total contract cost of $772,704.00 while extending the contract end date to June 30, 2028 and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said supplemental agreement on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
