AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TOWN CODE OF THE

TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

TITLE XV LAND USAGE
Chapter 152 Zoning Code

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:

An Ordinance in amendment of Chapter 152.01 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Middletown, Entitled "Zoning Code Adopted", to change certain text in Article 6, Section 602, to allow Warehousing as a principal use by special use permit in the Office Business District.

SECTION 1. Chapter 152.01 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Middletown, Entitled "Zoning Code Adopted." is hereby amended by making the following changes, with deletions struck out:
