RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2024-80

RESOLVED:

The purchase of one 2025 Ford Explorer Active 4WD and miscellaneous add-ons for the price of FORTY-THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($43,235.00), is hereby awarded to Colonial Municipal Group,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the 2025 Ford Explorer Active 4WD and miscellaneous add-ons is from the TOWN CIP SPECIAL REVENUE FUND,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said purchase on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
