RESOLVED:

The contract for COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY PLAN CONSULTING SERVICES is hereby awarded to STANTEC, of Boston, Massachusetts, for the amount of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($164,500.00) as submitted with its proposal, dated March 6, 2024

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for Comprehensive Community Plan Consulting Services is from the General Fund operations of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($100,000.00) and General Fund’s Fund Balance of SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($64,500.00)

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
