WHEREAS:

The Town of Middletown’s School Building Committee received a presentation regarding the impact of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for the construction of the new middle-high school. The committee has made the recommendation to the School Committee and Town Council to authorize the administration to pursue a feasibility study on a project labor agreement.

RESOLVED:

That the Town Administrator is hereby authorized to seek services of conducting a feasibility study for a project labor agreement pertaining to the new middle-high school construction project on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
