WHEREAS: The City of Newport, requested Sealed Bids for Water Treatment Chemicals, Bid # 2025-UTL-003. Bids were received on May 6, 2025; AND

WHEREAS: Award has been recommended to the eight (8) most responsive and lowest bidders being Univar Solutions USA, Inc., Morrisville, PA; VINeer Chemicals, LLC, Katy, TX; Borden & Remington Corp., Fall River, MA; Brenntag Northeast, LLC, Reading, PA; International Dioxide Inc., North Kingstown, RI; George S. Coyne Chemical Co., Inc., Croydon, PA, at their unit prices as follows:
