RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL
No. 2025-58

WHEREAS: The Director of Public Services requested bids for Janitorial Cleaning Services, RFP# 2025-PS-014, with bids received on 17 March 2025; and

WHEREAS: Award has been recommended to M&B Cleaning Service of Pawtucket, RI, at the anticipated not to exceed total annual expenditure of $125,000.00. Award shall be for one (1) base year period of May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026 with two (2) one-year option periods (same months), at the discretion of the City. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT

RESOLVED: That the bid of M&B Cleaning Service, of Pawtucket, RI, is hereby accepted at a total not to exceed annual expenditure of $125,000.00 and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
