Resolution
RESOLVED: that the Council hereby approves a one year extension to the contract for State Government Relations and Advocacy Services with Capital Communications Group for a monthly fee of $4,000 for the period of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 and further authorizes a transfer from the Council Contingency account to the Council Contract Services account in the amount of $24,000 to provide funding for the current fiscal year. AND BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED: the Council Chair is authorized to sign said contract amendment on behalf of the City for the aforementioned services, subject to a favorable review by the City Solicitor.
