RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2024-40

RESOLVED:

That the Middletown Town Council hereby approves the contract extension for an additional 1-year term July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 for MUNICIPAL BUILDING JANITORIAL & MAINTENANCE SERVICES, with GO TO SERVICES in accordance with the existing contract.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized to execute the contract extension on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
