RESOLUTION

COUNCIL

No: 2024-43

RESOLVED:

That the Middletown Town Council hereby approves the contract extension for an additional 2-year term to cover fiscal years 2025 and 2026 for TRASH METERING SERVICES, with WASTEZERO, INC. in accordance with the existing contract.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized to execute the contract extension on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
