WHEREAS:

The Police Department has declared two motorcycles as surplus as they are no longer necessary for the police department,

AND

WHEREAS:

The motorcycles are identified as follows:

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the surplus vehicles be disposed of by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
