THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2024-41

WHEREAS:

The School Department has identified mathematics books at the High School as surplus and can no longer be utilized for instructional purposes,

and

WHEREAS:

The School Committee has approved of the disposition at its April 25, 2024 meeting,

and

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the surplus property be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
