WHEREAS:

The School Department has identified facilities wood shop equipment as surplus, and are no longer needed,

and

WHEREAS:

The School Committee has approved of the disposition at its January 22, 2026 meeting,

and

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the surplus property be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
