WHEREAS: RI MPA 494 - Architectural Services presents DBVW Architects, of Providence, RI, as a qualified vendor able to provide the required services for use by the City of Newport for architectural work at the Edward King House; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED: That the City of Newport hire DBVW Architects, of Providence, RI, for a not to exceed cost of $119,360.00, and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
