WHEREAS:

The School Department has identified technology equipment listed in the superintendent’s memo as surplus and can no longer needed,

and

WHEREAS:

The School Committee has approved of the disposition at its August 15, 2024 meeting,

and

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the surplus property be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
