THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

No: 2025-78

RESOLVED:

That the purchase of one Spencer Manufacturing Custom Pumper Tanker for the total price of EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($882,500.00) is hereby awarded to ON SCENE LLC,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the pumper tanker is from a five-year lease purchase and the debt service payments will be funded from the RESCUE WAGON SPECIAL REVENUE FUND,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said purchase on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
