RESOLVED:

That the purchase of two Horton Type I Ambulances on Ford F-550 4x4 Diesel Chassis to included Stryker Patient Equipment and Radio Communication Equipment for the total price of NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($929,644.00) is hereby awarded to Greenwood Emergency Vehicles,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the two ambulances is from a five-year lease purchase and the debt service payments will be funded from the RESCUE WAGON SPECIAL REVENUE FUND,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said purchase on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
