RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

No: 2025-86

RESOLVED:

That the bid for DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF THE SENIOR CENTER PERGOLA is hereby awarded to PLAN B CONSTRUCTION CO., of Barrington, Rhode Island, for the total bid amount of seventy thousand dollars and zero cents (70,000.00),

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the funding for the design and installation of the Senior Center pergola will be from the Community Development Block Grant,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized to execute agreements on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
