ORDINANCE OF THE

TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN, RHODE ISLAND

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TOWN CODE OF THE

TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

TITLE III: ADMINISTRATION
Chapter 36, Fee Schedule

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:

FIRST: That Town Code Title III, Chapter 36, Entitled "Fee Schedule", Section (F) Police Department, (1) Concealed Carry Permit, (5) Security Fingerprinting is amended as follows (language to be deleted is struck; language to be added is underlined):

(F) Police Department.

(1) Concealed Carry Permit: $40 - $100.00.

(5) Security Fingerprinting:

(a) $10 - $20.00 per person, no background check, per card.
(No charge for children).

(b) $40 - $60.00 per person, with background check.

SECOND: Chapter 36 All other Sections and sub-sections remain unchanged.

THIRD: This ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and its provisions shall supersede any inconsistent or contrary provision in any other ordinance.
