RESOLVED:
The contract for DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE-SCHEDULE UPDATE is hereby awarded to DTA, of Irvine, California, for the amount not to exceed FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($58,700.00) as submitted,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the funding for the services for updating the development impact fee schedule is as follows out of the operational budgets of each of the funds listed below:

| Parks and Recreation Fund | $7,400 |
| Sewer Fund | $9,100 |
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
