2024-127 Amendment No. 1 – Contract 22-008 - Phragmites Control Mowing and Herbicide Application

RESOLVED: that Amendment No. 1 to the Contract and Agreement for Phragmites Control Mowing and Herbicide Application, Project No. 22-008 between the City of Newport and Stahl Holdings LLC, dba The Pond and Lake Connection, is hereby approved at a cost not to exceed $14,680.00 and term of agreement be extended to June 30, 2027, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Amendment No. 1, on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
