2024-13 Resolution of the Council, re: Purchase of Cim Line M150 Crack Sealing Machine – DPW Paving Program.

THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2024-13

RESOLVED:

The purchase of a Cim Line M150 Crack Sealing Machine in the amount of SIXTY-TWO
THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($62,000.00) and a Cim Line P2 Dura Patcher in
the amount of NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO CENTS ($95,000.00) for the total
price of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS
($157,000.00) is hereby awarded to Alta Equipment Company,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for a Cim Line M150 Crack Sealing Machine and a Cim Line P2 Dura
Patcher are funded from UNUSED SNOW REMOVAL BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to execute said purchases on behalf of
the Town of Middletown.
