RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2025-5

RESOLVED:

The contract for the HARBOR MANAGEMENT PLAN is hereby awarded to CROSSMAN ENGINEERING for the amount not to exceed FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($47,880.00) as submitted,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the HARBOR MANAGEMENT PLAN is from the Parks and Recreation fund balance,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
