2025-88 Resolution of the Council, re: Award of contract for PAVILION DECK EXPANSION AT SECOND BEACH to E.W. BURMAN INC; funding for the pavilion deck expansion at Second Beach will be from the Parks and Recreation Fund-Capital Replenishment Restricted Fund Balance and the Finance Director is authorized to execute agreements on behalf of the Town.

RESOLVED:

That the bid for PAVILION DECK EXPANSION AT SECOND BEACH is hereby awarded to E.W. BURMAN INC., of Warwick, Rhode Island, for the total bid amount including substitution alternate number 1 of two hundred seventy-seven thousand seven hundred thirteen dollars and zero cents ($277,713.00),

and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the funding for the pavilion deck expansion at second beach will be from the Parks and Recreation Fund-Capital Replenishment Restricted Fund Balance,

And,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized to execute agreements on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
