Special Meeting – Site Visit

AGENDA

The Middletown Planning Board will meet on June 26, 2026, 3:00pm to conduct a site visit to the property that is the subject of the application listed below. The board will meet at the subject property listed below at the time indicated. The purpose of the meeting is for Planning Board members to view the subject property. The Board will not deliberate, will not accept public comment, and will take no action on the application during this meeting.

1.    3:00pm, 193 Honeyman Ave. - Application of The Collection on Honeyman, LLC for Preliminary Plan approval for a 4-lot minor subdivision, including creation of a new public street. A waiver is requested from Section 603 of the Middletown Rules and Regulations Regarding the Subdivision and Development of Land to allow a street with pavement width of 22 feet where 26 feet is required. Property fronting on Honeyman Ave., and further identified as Tax Assessors Plat 114, Lot 139.
