RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

No: 2026-7

RESOLVED:

That the proposal for FULL REVALUATION OF TAXABLE AND EXEMPT REAL PROPERTY is hereby awarded to VISION GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS, INC., of Hudson, Massachusetts, for the basic inspection in the amount of three hundred thirty-three thousand dollars and zero cents ($333,000.00),

and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the funding for the basic inspection will include one hundred forty-nine thousand seven hundred eighty-two dollars and zero cents ($149,782.00) from the Revaluation Special Revenue Fund and one hundred eighty-three thousand two hundred-eighteen dollars and zero cents ($183,218.00) from the General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance,

and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized to execute agreements on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
