2024-30 Award of Contract - Short-Term Rental Compliance Solutions

RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL
No. 2024-30

RESOLVED: the current contract with Granicus-Host Compliance will not be renewed, and that the Council hereby approves the award of contract for short-term rental compliance solutions to GovOS, Inc. in the amount of $64,096.80 for 2024; $64,096.80 for 2025 and $68,000.30 for 2026, and authorizes the Mayor to sign said contract on behalf of the City, subject to review of the City Solicitor's office.
