WHEREAS:
The Police Department has declared a vehicle surplus due to the age and condition of the vehicle and it has been removed from service,
AND
WHEREAS:
The vehicle is identified as follows:
Vehicle 2015 Ford Explorer VIN 1FM5K8AR0FGA15959
AND
BE IT RESOLVED:
That the surplus vehicles be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
