WHEREAS: The State of Rhode Island’s Master Price Agreement #584B Civil Engineering Services, presents VHB, Inc., of Providence, RI, as a qualified vendor able to provide the required services for use by the City of Newport for associated federal infrastructure grant support services. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT

RESOLVED: That the City of Newport hire VHB, Inc., of Providence, RI via RI MPA #584, for a not to exceed cost of $62,500.00, and the Mayor is authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
