On June 24, 2026, the Newport City Council approved a Design-Build Potable Water Tanks Maintenance Program contract between the City and Utility Service Group Water Solutions, LLC. The agreement authorizes an annual cost not exceeding $1,929,502 for Years 1 and 2, with Year 3 at $211,705. Years 4 through 20 will follow variable escalation provisions. RESOLVED: that the Contract and Agreement for Design-Build Potable Water Tanks Maintenance Program #2026-UTL-003 between the City of Newport and Utility Service Group Water Solutions, LLC, is hereby approved at an annual cost not to exceed
