2024-59 Agreement - Interstate Navigation Company - Use of Perrotti Park Dock

RESOLVED: that the agreement between the City of Newport and Interstate Navigation Company for the use of the Perrotti Park Facility to operate a fast ferry between Newport and Block Island is approved for a five-year period. (June, 2024 – December, 2028) and upon payment of an annual fee as approved by the City Council and the Mayor is authorized to sign said contract documents for the aforementioned use, on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
