RESOLVED:

That the bid for PAINTING SERVICES is hereby awarded to STRATEGIC SOLUTION TEAM LLC, of Providence, Rhode Island, for the total bid amount of thirty-three thousand nine hundred ninety-six dollars and zero cents (33,996.00) as detailed below:

Year 1: $23,707
Year 2: $5,065
Year 3: $5,224

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the funding for the painting services will be from the Parks and Recreation Fund,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized to execute agreements on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
