2025-20 Supplemental Agreement - Cliff Walk Repair Professional Engineering Services

No. 2025-20

RESOLVED: that the City of Newport amend the existing contract that provides Cliff Walk Repair Professional Services (approved via Resolution 2024-09) by and between the City of Newport and GZA Geoenvironmental, Inc., of Providence, RI, in an amount of $39,825.00 including $5,000.00 contingency to be held in reserve by the City for a not to exceed total contract cost of $459,405.00. The Council Chair is authorized to sign said supplemental agreement on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
