2025-12 Resolution of the Council, re: Award of agreement to Pannone, Lopes, Devereaux & O’Gara, LLC and authorize the Town Administrator to execute the agreement

RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL
No: 2025-12

WHEREAS:

The Town of Middletown put forward a request for qualifications for a feasibility study for a project labor agreement pertaining to the construction of the new middle-high school,

and,

WHEREAS:

After review, Town Council agreed to award the agreement to Pannone, Lopes, Devereaux & O'Gara LLC,

RESOLVED:

That the Middletown Town Council selects Pannone, Lopes, Devereaux & O'Gara LLC to provide a feasibility study for a project labor agreement pertaining to the construction of the new middle-high school to the Town of Middletown in the amount of ten thousand dollars and zero cents (10,000.00)

and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for this study is to be from the School Improvement Bond Proceeds,

and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Town Administrator is hereby authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
