THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2026-31

RESOLVED:

That the purchase and installation of an energy management system at the Fire and Public Works Complex for the total price of TWO HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($248,400) is hereby awarded to Vision Energy Solutions of Providence, Rhode Island.

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for this purchase and installation is as follows:

Energy Efficiency & Conservation Block Grant: $87,981
Energy Incentive and Rhode Island On-Bill Financing: $160,419

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said purchase on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
