RESOLUTION

COUNCIL
No. 2025-163
WHEREAS, as per Council Resolution #2023-84, an increase in the City’s purchasing limits to reflect the same limits as the State of Rhode Island was approved; and
WHEREAS, the current City ordinances require an amendment to reflect the approved limits and the City’s Administrative Purchasing Policy requires updating to clearly indicate the current procedures. NOW THERFORE BE IT:
RESOLVED: Council approves the associated ordinances and the attached Purchasing Policies and Requirements and authorizes the Purchasing Agent to implement the new standards and procedures.
