2024-112 Proposal Award # 2024-148 - Water & Wastewater System Rate Study, Public Outreach & Education

RESOLVED: that the Contract and Agreement for the Water & Wastewater System Rate Study, Public Outreach & Education, Project No. 2024-148 between the City of Newport and Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. is hereby approved at a cost not to exceed $674,325.00 and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Contract and Agreement, on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
