WHEREAS:

The Middletown Public Library janitorial services three-year contract, which includes the option to extend for up to two additional years, will expire on June 30, 2025,

and

WHEREAS:

The Board of Library Trustees approved a one-year contract extension for the same amount of the current contract,

RESOLVED:

That a contract for Janitorial Services for the Middletown Public Library is extended for a one-year term from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with Cardoso Cleaning LLP for the fee of forty thousand, eight hundred dollars, and no cents ($40,800.00),

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized to execute the contract extension agreement on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
