RESOLVED:

For purpose of meeting funding requirements of specific School Department accounts due to the recently agreed upon collective bargaining agreement between the School Committee and the Middletown Association of Auxiliary Personnel/NEARI/NEA, the town shall decrease the FY 2024 Budget of Other Post Employment Contribution by NINETY FOUR THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FORTY CENTS ($94,877.40) and increase School Appropriation NINETY FOUR THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FORTY CENTS ($94,877.40) as presented in the Fiscal Impact Statement attachment.

This resolution shall take effect upon its passage.
